Who am I ? I am Amin Dabbech, founder of ProCure Navigators
- I have an impressive 18-year journey in procurement, with esteemed roles at International FMCG’s in a VUCA environment: I served 7 years at IMERYS as a procurement standardization and integration specialist, devoted 3 years at SOFLOG restructuring the procurement function, and dedicated 8 years at GENERAL MILLS INTERNATIONAL where I innovatively designed category management strategies that led to substantial savings and robust risk mitigation plans.
- I am a proud husband and father of two beautiful daughters, Baya and Aisha.
- I am a procurement entrepreneur who has demonstrated robust leadership, leading to significant YoY cost savings. I spearheaded the design and execution of the SRM program, showcasing my proactive approach. My tenure spanning over a decade has seen me consistently build and execute long-term contracts with strategic suppliers. This journey is not just about my intricate knowledge of procurement and supplier management but also my ability to lead and expand procurement teams, emphasizing my collaborative and strategic planning prowess.
